This happened to Tyler and nothing happened. I'm pretty sure he can't keep that gluon anyway.

Very minor incident and happened over a week ago, you should’ve reported it immediately when it happened and not stacked the evidence to report him later on. Latram has clearly stated it was a bit of fun with people that were perfectly fine with it, and apologised that he accidentally killed you. I see no reason for much or any action to be taken.

Just to clarify, NLR does not apply if you've been RDMed. Obviously proof of the RDM would have to be given if you get approached by a staff member though.

Please tell that to multiple staff members who have tried to punish me for NLR and when I say dude I was RDM'd they say "Make an F1 or I am not dealing with it".

I've received many verbals for breaking nlr even though the staff members have known I was rdm'd

I hope you realise that players get warned for breaking nlr despite being rdm'd, you should not handle a rule break (RDM) by breaking the rules yourself (NLR).

2.3 New Life Rule - (Do not return or interact with the district that you died in within three minutes of dying,) unless otherwise specified by a different rule. If you died in the spawn district you should leave the district promptly without any role-play interaction.

Nothing in the rules state that you're allowed to break nlr despite being rdm'd. Staff member commonly treat this as a normal break of and the player would be instructed to leave the district or receive a punishment.

All I am saying is if the highers up don't make information like this known to their staff members, then that is just terrible and the admins who believe that a player should be warned despite getting rdm'd may get a report abuse etc put onto them. They would take the fault for what the higher ups failed to point out.

I've actually been warned by Tyler for "breaking NLR" even though I was RDMed, no sit, no talking to nothing just a straight up warning. Makes you wonder whether the Lead Team might need retraining lmao

The thing is the RDM rule does not say that a player who gets rdm'd should be allowed to break NLR.

2.2 Random Death Match - In order to kill or harm another player you require a valid role-play reason to do so. Crossfire is not an excuse for killing people nearby where you are raiding or shooting. This rule always applies unless another rule calls for an exception.

It should also be down to a staff member not to be lazy and ignore the user when they were stated they were RDM'd.

Personally if a player claims they have been rdm'd, I'd deal with the situation whether they make an F1 or not but yeah there are a lot of lazy staff members who may choose to ignore you or tell you to make an f1.

Honestly, this is pretty petty to report him over. Yeah sure he RDMed you but I'm 100% certain that you lost nothing and that you wouldn't even get punished for it because it looked like people were having fun. Also, why would you stand in front of his range of fire if he's having fun with friends, are you trying to find excuses to report him or something? At most Latram should be spoken to about this so he is aware that you do not like fun and if you don't want to contribute to what he is doing with his friends then stay away from him.

I was told it by Max ages ago, who said "Obviously NLR wouldn't apply if you got RDMed, since you weren't supposed to be killed in the first place." He said it in front of Chute, too, which is why I'm simply repeating what was previously stated by him.

Clearly clarification is needed, either in the rules or in a seperate post on the forums - I'll bring it up with Chute first to be sure that I'm not repeating shit that isn't true.

I'm also dealing with this report by the way, just to clarify.
