Just to clarify, NLR does not apply if you've been RDMed. Obviously proof of the RDM would have to be given if you get approached by a staff member though.
Please tell that to multiple staff members who have tried to punish me for NLR and when I say dude I was RDM'd they say "Make an F1 or I am not dealing with it".
