SyStem is the one who has to be proven wrong in a "REPORT ABUSE".

Yes this is a report abuse but it has fairly escalated into something different, if you look at the context of his post that I quoted it was in reply to people asking for proof of him harassing not asking for proof of system not abusing.

I'm not asking for proof, I'm asking for examples. Regardless of who you are we all can agree that handing out a two-month ban is harsh. I don't see any issue with the staff member that handed out that punishment to at least give a more in-depth explanation than "Oh, they harassed me and stuff." That's not too much to ask, is it? Absolutely not, but I think we should leave it to Onion and SyStem, they are talking in a spacer right now. Everyone has voiced their opinions, a decision will not be reached by us.

If the ban got reduced then that means this is accepted. Staff ethos was still broken and he's been spoken to about that - it's maybe not what you wanted but I do believe this to be the best solution, at the very least for all parties involved.

After a long discussion with SyStem I have decided to accept this report,

SyStem agrees that the ban was a bit harsh and that he was wrong for doing it. According to system you said this over the twitch chat + in-game to where he banned you. I personally think you should of been banned/warned for a lower amount of time for your actions. However, after speaking with SyStem he states this was out of line and you had a horrible attitude to him in-game and said unacceptable things to him.

I had a chat with him and your long ban for 10 weeks in which I personally think was truly excessive ban and it should not of been a 10 week long ban. However, the stuff you said you would of still been banned as it was horrible. You have 5 recent punishments currently in-game, few for racism and discrimination which shows that you have a bad attitude within game. But I personally think this is not enough to ban you for 10 weeks and SyStem agrees with me .

So I had a long chat and we ended up making an agreement and that you should be banned for 1 week and 2 days for the stuff you said to him in-game and the stuff along with your punishments. Myself and SyStem both believe this is an acceptable time span for your actions and I hope you appreciate this choice I have made and Myself trying to help you out here and that I hope you take this into consideration to not rulebreak any more.
