In that case the decision would first have to be made whether or not SyStem handled improperly in the first place. It is more fitting to discuss his actions then to discuss a result without even knowing whether or not that outcome will be achieved.

Of course I just felt I would mention it since I felt like the original purpose of the thread was being forgotten.
