I'm not asking for proof, I'm asking for examples. Regardless of who you are we all can agree that handing out a two-month punishment is harsh. I don't see any issue with the staff member that handed out that ban to at least give a more in-depth explanation than "Oh, they harassed me and stuff."

That's not too much to ask, is it?
