Im fairly certain there was other staff online. A specific one may be busy or just wanting to play for a little while. If a member of staff hasn't come to you, Its likely:
-They havent seen the f1
-They havent been looking at chat (which I find myself guilty off when I'm playing)
-They're waiting for another staff member to handle it as they would like some time to play

On the one hand I'd say that you should give Onion a break. He clearly wasn't himself, for obvious reasons, so I don't understand why you felt the need to run around him and get him into a sit.

However, I do not understand where his unprofessional behaviour during the sit came from. Even he could understand that spawning in items and ragdolling himself during a sit (and it was a sit, EiPUS took him and Gamer Guy to a roof and everything) was not going to help anyone and only get himself into trouble. He also clearly did not resign considering the fact he was using his HA powers whilst in the sit.

I believe Onion's behaviour in the game was rather dreadful and I feel like he should have done something else instead of play the game if he indeed didn't feel like himself. If staff cannot do their job properly within the game and in fact will even harm other players' experiences then they shouldn't be on the servers, period. Onion's actions are inexcusable but understandable.

I'd personally give Onion a talking to at most for this. He's already had his ass beaten enough today, he does not need this on top of that. If he is going to get an official it will be for him logging into Max's facebook, but not for this on its own.

Also, conserning him supposedly ignoring the event that took place... like he said, he wasn't himself. Although it is rather strange considering the fact he died during the event, he was undercover and I believe he shouldn't be approached as a staff member during such situations.

It's the way he behaved in the sit that bothers me.

As Corgi has said, the user who is being reported's word will always be taken above your word if you are unable to provide any clear evidence. Onion is innocent until proven guilty, and you are unable to actually prove that he is guilty, so I sincerely doubt that this report will / should be accepted.
If you need Onion desperately, then he isalmost always available on Teamspeak, along with many other LT members, or you can message him on Steam in order to see if he is available or genuinely busy with something.

(In regards to the ignoring part, I haven't looked over the way he behaved part, just replying to this string of replies)

Onion didn't exactually handle any of this correctly however, if he stated as clearly shown, that he is not him self aka something not right, then why keep pushing at him, constantly trying to dig and dig, even to the point of other staff members then tping them to a roof for it. If a staff member or anyone in general states they aren't them selfs or something is wrong with them atm, never push them, there are plenty of staff within ssrp and clearly others active as Eipus had responded
