What did the Staff Member do?
He warned me because of "False KOS".
The round wasn´t started i didn´t know if i was innocent or traitor, i didn´t know if Chienman was innocent or traitor.
I said on mic-chat: "KOS Chienman" but i was joking and i wasn´t serious. The round wasn´t started.
Chienman was traitor unlucky, i don´t know if he killed someone or something but in the end of the round he reports me saying that he died because of me, false KOS. This warn is not valid, first he has to report me not warn me directly, second, i didn´t know if he was traitor i was just joking because he killed me the last round. Hope u understand it.

Doesn't matter if its a joke or not , you need to keep in mind that there's always this one guy that will do it because moment he hears that someone is kosed he's gonna hunt this persons ass. Don't call out a false KOS on someone out of a grudge from a previous round. It is clearly stated in the rules that false KOSing is unacceptable, and although it is always nice for staff to make a report and let you explain yourself, they are not under any form of obligation to do so, especially when they are 100% sure that they did nothing KOSable which, in this case, as you have already said, Chienman did not.
Calling a false KOS ruins the game for everyone, the round for the person the KOS is on because they lose their round (a T round in this case), and those who follow through on the KOS, as it will lower their karma if you have KOSed an Innocent.
