Killed my friends for fun (in discord with them) and nikoo randomly comes up and kills me

If he was raiding the bank vault, I believe he is only allowed to KOS anyone entering the real vault itself or the ramp down maybe? Not sure but I guess so.

However, Niko was raiding the bank. Say you're going to 'rob' a bank with no consideration for other people's lives, would you really not kill a person that could potentially bother you later as you're walking by them (inside the bank, mind you)? I would personally class this scenario as a valid role-play reason, as it also does not interfere with any other rules (as far as I'm aware).

I could deny this report instantly, but I'd rather let a more experienced staff member deal with this one - I'm simply giving my personal input which I do hope will be taken into consideration.

Niko had the intent to rob the bank and you have made yourself a threat by firing within the bank. He'd of been stupid to let you live when it was clear you were an aggressor in this case.

If you watch the video very closely you can see you killed a cop apart of FA then there was a Triad member behind the cop so you could make a case that he felt threatened so a gang member(niko) was protecting and assisting him.

Basically what Chummy says sums it all up - I forgot to mention (though I did intend for it) that agression is the key factor in this matter. You opened fire, Niko saw you as a threat.
