However, Niko was raiding the bank. Say you're going to 'rob' a bank with no consideration for other people's lives, would you really not kill a person that could potentially bother you later as you're walking by them (inside the bank, mind you)? I would personally class this scenario as a valid role-play reason, as it also does not interfere with any other rules (as far as I'm aware).

I could deny this report instantly, but I'd rather let a more experienced staff member deal with this one - I'm simply giving my personal input which I do hope will be taken into consideration.
