Time and date (CET) - (When did it happen?) 6 days ago (10/24/2017 4:20PM local i think)
Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) This sit was handleld before, but I didn't have his steamID.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Scammed me 10mil gems
Story - (What happened?) We were rolling 10mil gems and he disconnected and I didn't have his steamID / proof for steamID, now i finally got it

If you cannot get proof of his steam id then I would ask a staff member to see if they can find out when he next comes online. However until then, although this is solid proof there is no proof of steam id which means that a staff member cannot ban them as you may have given a false one. Try and find some proof of it... I waited 6 days because thats the first time i seen him online after the scam and I didnt get the steamID when he disconnected, I also requested from staff to check for kill logs, disconnect with steamID, NLR, or something like that where they can get the steamID, the server was pretty full in that time so the logs were gone by the time the sit was handled...

If the proof of SteamID is from some other time than when this happened then I will lock this right now. To avoid that anyone will be blamed for actions they have not committed SteamID proof of when that user was on the server on that day would be needed.
