I waited 6 days because thats the first time i seen him online after the scam and I didnt get the steamID when he disconnected, I also requested from staff to check for kill logs, disconnect with steamID, NLR, or something like that where they can get the steamID, the server was pretty full in that time so the logs were gone by the time the sit was handled...

If the proof of SteamID is from some other time than when this happened then I will lock this right now. To avoid that anyone will be blamed for actions they have not committed SteamID proof of when that user was on the server on that day would be needed.
