TOPIC: [SSRP] TheXnator Demote Request

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: False Warned me, Biasly muted me but not his friend
They provoked me, disrespected me aswell but I got muted and not them? No one told them off only me.
I also got muted twice for the same thing which I expect one to be removed, the mute was valid yes but two should not appear.
As you can see in the 3+ Minute video I didnt make an F1 for a solid 2 Minutes, the first 3 which I did spam yes I apologize for but was already removed, then I made a VALID F1 and he removed it saying it was spam then warned me WITHOUT even teleporting to me or talking to me
What server(s) was this on?: SSRP S2

Him being Bias

Him not knowing the rules

Me getting muted twice which one should be removed I am not reporting clarky as it is just a simple mistake

Video that contains the false warning and everything start to finish

Very abusive, warned me for telling R-Flex to fuck off and r-flex was totally fine with it, and then he warned me

the warn and mute was valid, you were being disrespectful in chat, try not to have a short temper mate its just a game.

My recent chat mute can be removed as it was an accident ^^

Anyways, after having taken a proper look at the video I do believe you're partly right: Xnator screwed up on several fronts.

1. TheRealSatan was not muted (as far as I'm aware)
2. He did not TP to you to explain to you why you were getting muted. When we give punishments to users, we're supposed to get them into a sit - not just straight up mute and let it slide.
3. Instead of handling the situation appropriately, he decided to call you out in OOC chat. This would only cause more issues rather than solve them.
4. Although you were told by MsMs to not spam F1s, you were never properly approached about the matter. Once again you were straight up punished without being brought into a sit.

However, the punishments given are valid, although Xnator did not handle the situation as well as he should have done.

You were being wayyy more disrespectful than they were, for a start. The "go hang yourself" being deleted was a good call though.

Xnator clearly saw that you were being very disrespectful in comparison, and I assume he verbally warned the others, as that is all that was required for them IMO.

I don't see any wrongdoing here other than not taking you to a sit, but you should clearly understand why you were muted.

Its the fact that Xnator clearly doenst know what hes doing though, he warned me for a stupid reason. The F1 was removed by MsMs, I then proceeded to make a valid F1.

In regards to "calling him out", I merely said "disrespect again?" (if that's what you mean), as a form of a little reminder to not be disrespectful again. If this was taken in the wrong way, then I respectfully apologise to gmod for that.

Also, I was told by a Lead Team member that we did actually have to go into a sit for all situations and punishments given to users, regardless of the context. I could be wrong, though.
