Really inspirational para and i am glad to see community not hating or anything finally on some post, i support ya and ill give ya some advice that helped me, i went from 75kg to 60kg just by walking more often and drinking bunch of water, no diets no anything, was only avoiding sugar and that was all, i was eating normal, so when i got to 60kg i got used to eating healthy and started working out and gaining some muscles, so just focus on being active, water, and avoiding sugar, you don't have to listen to me nor this could be correct but am just saying this shit helped me personally, but we all have different bodies and metabolism, good luck para community is with ya!
