TOPIC: [I want to change]

I've been pretty Shit/Toxic in the past few days, i've had so many hangovers my head hurts 24/7 I've been Alcoholic i broke a promise i made to my wife, i stopped drinking after 1 month then i started drinking again, i left the rehab center I am not me anymore, i want to change but i don't really know how.
anyways i wanted to apologize to everyone i've been a dick to, or was rude to or offended him/her/it in any type of ways and i really am sorry.

First step to solving a problem is actually acknowledging one exists and that there needs to be a change. You can do this man! Sit down with your wife and tell her what's going on and get back in rehab!

its not only about my wife. everyone around me been escaping me or not liking my appearance near them i've been a constant shithead in the past days.
