TOPIC: Something people should know about me...

WARNING: Before reading this lengthy post, I'm writing this post to make some things clear to people, to tell how I feel about a thing that has happened a lot, and to try to get some people who do at least care about me enough to let them get a better insight/understanding of an issue I am dealing with. And please, if you decide to read it... read it carefully and all of it.

DISCLAIMER: this post addresses a rare type of occurrence that might be considered "bullshit" for me to have by many people. If you're one of those people, feel free to just stop reading now and go back to the index? Nothing here for you to read, and if you wish to call bullshit then do it straight to me. Don't do it on this thread.

Bit of backstory & Context
So. To start with the thing I wanted to tell people. As many people may have noticed, at times my "alt" & me act rather strange at times. At times it appears like we are separate people and at times simply not. Well, there's a reason as to why that is the case. For some people might be familiar with a disease called "Multiple Personality Disorder" (or MPD for short) I have suspected for a while that I may have had this so called "disease" and I honestly doubted it at times, however I did once (on request of someone very close to me) visited a psychologist to see if they could help me any further.

More recent Events
About a week ago, I got the results of the tests that we're done and eventually they DID in fact show symptoms I displayed did have a lot in common with those associated with MPD. Therefore MPD was diagnosed and I was still kinda surprised about it. It did indeed confirm that all the times I thought I wasn't alone (even though I technically was) were indeed correct, that I wasn't alone after all.

The other person living within me has taken a name most of you will be familiar with "Akemi". And will from this moment forward take control of her own on both TeamSpeak & In-Game / In-Steam & Also within the forums. (We'll share this account but the fact that she is typing will be recognizable by the text being italic) I'll explain more about each of these once the next part is out of the way.

Why am I sharing this information?
The reason I am sharing this information is because I know for a fact I've gotten this issue, She is a part of me, I am a part of her... We both have our own unique opinions, interests, and ways of dealing with stuff, and for a singular person to deal with that without this type of context would kinda make the person look weird, strange and straight up crazy at times.

I am making this post for a number of reasons
★ To give people who care enough to read this all an insight on how stuff works within my head.
★ To give Akemi a chance to be herself and not just "some alt".
★ To explain some of my coming / past actions.

What does this mean?
Well, as to what it means, it means that from this moment forward. Is different on each platform

Teamspeak
Akemi will take control of her own TeamSpeak Identity. (one without a client icon so far) Poking her will poke her and not me. If you wish to contact me you'll have to poke me instead.

Steam
Playing games with the steam account Akemi means you're playing games with her and not with me. And for those on PropHunt. Whenever the steam account Akemi plays, she's the one responsible for her actions, don't blame me for them.

Ending notice
At the end, for those who read through all of it... Thanks for doing so. We hope that you're able to understand the issues We've been dealing with for a while and We will always be available to talk to if you wish. I hope you'll all be able to give her a chance at being a person like anyone else and stop writing her down as just an alt, as it's both disrespectful and generally annoying for her and for me.

Thank you for clearing this up for people who did not know about it. I hae one question. Does this mean that you ANNA has not attended the LTMs but Akemi has?

Thats honestly very cool, it takes some guts to talk about this infront of hundreds who will see this. I can't wait to see how the Anna & Akemi thing works out!

How does the personalities work? Can you freely switch personalities at will or does it involve certain times or stimuli?

Most people think it's bullshit but the brain is a complex machine and why not have multiple personalities. One girl in USA had a WHOLE 9 different personalities. Either way pretty cool that you're sharing this, not many choose todo so
