TOPIC: Modded MC ???

ok, I want to see who would enjoy a zarp Modded MC server, not boring old vanilla with nothing new, but a modded MC server, with a custom modpack loaded on to it.

So feel free to vote on a poll.

This will give me an insight on if i will make a suggestion, to have a modded mc server added.

If you want my reasons why this is shit, first of all, look at the previous vote, and while you're at it look at my comment under the minecraft server vote.

Minecraft has failed.

Minecraft won't be successful without: best features + the best team + tons of dedication + a miracle. If you think about it logically. Having the best features would take ages, and sadly I don't believe there's a lot of people that could make a really good "ZARP Minecraft" Staff-Team and put a lot of dedication in. Heart-Breaking that I have to say that, but there's no "perfect team" right now. Lastly I don't believe in miracles.

It's against the EULA to have pay2win Chute and EMP won't like that!

i honestly dont really think that many people on Zarp play Minecraft just like Tadge said it has failed every single time. Maybe the server worked out years ago but the most recent times it has just failed and failed. There is no way its gonna be running again

I'm not too sure but I think there has never been a modded mc server on ZARP, so I think we should give it a chance I'm really into modded minecraft I've made custom modpacks myself so I would love a server like that.
One questionn is the orespawn mod and the applied energistics mod in the modpack? (hopefully those two are in the modpack they are my favourites xD)

i don't see why everyone is saying that the server failed every single time and comparing it to this idea when all the others were vanilla with game modes however anon here is suggesting a modded MC which would be a change in pace and game play. this seems like a good idea however how would you handle so many players all doing the same sort of thing?

I think it should be given a chance especially with anon possibly becoming the owner along side neon because they are
1.Trusted
2.Hard Working
3.Know A Lot Of Stuff About MC
4.Just Great Guys In General

But i disagree that anon is ready for the job, this time we should actually pick someone who is from the lead team so they can be trusted but they must prove that they can code java (to actually update the server with new addons) and they have experience with other minecraft servers. We cannot allow another average joe with a bad history like aspect to own this.

In already is Lead Team on 2 servers as well as TS HA, and I do believe he knows java. @ryzo

For the guys who are comparing to Vanilla minecraft that happened prior.
First MC server did not die due to it's popularity, that server had a player base to the day it was closed.
Second, Modded MC is highly more popular to a vast amount of people, due to the extra things to do.

Also, Harry, you don't need to be a kid to play minecraft lol.
