Mine are;
1) Wake up
2) Get on pc
3) Look at a couple of threads and post a bit here and there
4) Get told to kill himself on his "opinion" thread
5) Not give a fuck and report him
6) Try and make some money on zarp
7) Eat break feast
Sit on my fat ass and play zarp for 8 hours straight
9) Eat dinner
10) Continue to sit on my fat ass and play league
11) Post on zarp
12) go to sleep whilst watching tyler 1.

10-20 mins cardio(Fasting Empty Stomach)
turn on pc or go to college,
after 2 hours my 14-16 hour fasting finishes,
Meal 1 (Tends to be equivalent to 2 meals)
go back to college or computer.
2-3 hours later meal 2
back to comp/college
2-3 hours meal 3
take pre-workout
20mins larter start workout
hour later, grab protein shake,
30 mins later, Meal 4 grab a high in protein meal,
by this time it is about 8pm
meal 5 1 hour after meal 4.
9pm fasting starts for 14-16 hours.
sleep(4-10 hours)
repeat
