TOPIC: Max's CM Q&A

Introduction

This thread is to summarise my application and for people with any questions have the opportunity to ask me anything about my candidacy. I will briefly go over why I should be CM and my plans. I encourage anyone with a question or concern to post below.

Why Me?
I am extremely experienced and believe I have what it takes for the position. I am advanced when it comes to developing I have proven that I am extremely capable by doing things like making the bhop & surf gamemode and maintaining the TTT and bhop server. I can offer my skills to all areas of the community. I have also done a lot for the community in 2016 and only expect this list to grow expeditally in 2017. I believe if I was to become the next CM I would not let you down. I will do what is expected of me to the best of my ability.

• To build a bridge between the community and community team.
• To ensure all accept suggestions are implemented.

• To give the staff better and more detailed trainings.
• To ensure staff have the tools to do the best possible job.

How would you structure your 'detailed' training sessions? Have you put much thought into it?

Yea, I would give the usual training but with more in depth scenario training. So give people scenarios and talk them through how you would handle each situation and then check how they are doing so in game and give them a feedback sheet on how they did.

Would you bring cookies for all the kids?

one of your goals is opening a server the community wants.


Would you open up a server even though you know a 100% it will not succeed . nor will it ever get popular?
and die out within 1 month time?

Well you can not say with 100% certainty if a server will succeed or not you always have to take a risk. I would certainly not allow a low quality server to be launched I would ensure it is the best it can be before launch. If a high number of people wanted it sometimes you have to take the risk and the only thing you can do is have a good plan and ensure the server is well prepared to be opened.

Will you bring any changes into the staff team (including the lead team) how to improve their actions?
EG: A improved ETHOS?

As for them doing things wrong on a day to day basis you may be able see that we have a large lead team so we have the capacity to deal with more of the staff team. Why should we vote for you instead of other people who has been here longer + More staff?
