Another suggestion I have is forum staff logs. So we can view what each forum staff has been up to what threads they have moved, deleted ect. This would just be a tab on their profile for CM and above.

Will you add any new features for the users that bought VIP if yes what were you thinking about?

I am going to be honest I haven't fully figured out how to sort it. I have ideas such as more extensive staff training and feedback but its in issue I would want to combat quickly if I was to get CM I would obviously bring the entire lead team on this as after all you guys have really good ideas of how to solve this and we could work together as a team to create an action plan. As for staff to staff situations these are usually handled well amongst the lead team. If you work with someone for a long time its likely that you may at some point have disagreements we just need to focus on making sure these disagreements don't go out of hand and cause issues but I believe the lead team already has the capacity to deal with this.

Which will you focus more on, the players of the server, or the staff helping the server.

And Will you provide more of a thank you to staff. Its the one thing that annoyed me being staff, I never got a proper thanks for the hard work, etc.

I don't think I will have a main focus both the staff and players are very important elements of the community I think if I was to focus on one more it would be the players as they are the community and my goals are to give the community what they want in terms of suggestions and new servers. Saying that I will focus on both quite heavily if I was to become the next community manager.
