i wouldnt ban a guy for that ..
Jail him first . twice . warn him first , twice , thrice , he will get kicked if that happens again .. the answer is a hour 1 ban ,
if he comes back with no change , you ban him .
marco ur an ex-admin so i suppose you read the new ethos .-.

I do know them,but if he keeps breaking rules you can ban him for like a hour,or more,depends,he kept rule breaking after receiving a punishment.

If someone is mass rdm'ing in spawn they should immediately be removed from the area and dealt with at a location where they can't interrupt anyone else's experience on the server. Their slams should be useless as they should've been isolated from everybody else, instead of continuously stripping their weapons.
