Pugga chan was on Roleplay and as I and a friend decided to raid the bank, he decided to counter raid, we killed him and WITHOUT VOTING he switched to SWAT to raid for no NLR, in my opinion this is huge admin abuse but he says its okay, this is just a question.
Are staff allowed to change to any Police job without voting in order to raid the bank after being gangster? THIS ISNT A DEMOTE REQUEST OR SOMETHING DON'T SAY ' USE DEMOTE REQ TEMPLATE ', ITS A QUESTION ABOUT STAFF POWER!!!!!!! Quick Edit: shortly after raiding and my ranting about how thats admin abuse he leaves. |

The is no rule against this.
In my opinion, the way it works is very vague, and it would be nice if there was some justification/rules coming under using the no voting system, apart from the ones for becoming mayor. But, i believe the reason behind the system is the simple idea that it gives the admins a little reward/slight advantage for their hard work, baring in mind that most admins will take countless hours out of their week to ensure that rules are not broken. |

Admins have always been allowed to change to jobs without voting. The vote system exists to stop rule breakers and inexperienced players from easily playing a job with a higher potential for abuse. Since admins are trusted more then regular players they can play those jobs when ever because its a safe assumption they know what they are doing. What he did was not abuse as realistically anyone could have done the same thing assuming they get voted in.
