TOPIC: Gmod uninstalled after update.....(HELP?)

So there was a gmod update as most of you guys you know, but when it finished installing the game got deleted for no reason, and i have 1.3 gbs in my internet, i'll be getting 4gbs(enough to download) tomorow or 8pm egypt time, i'll disappear!


NOTE: this happened after i verified the the game caches after the update. if someone can find me a fix because this happened 2 times it would be awesome!

Yeah there nothing you can do your just going to have to bite the bullet and redownload it

You sure you're verifying the cache because I've done that to plenty of games and it's never magically uninstalled it or got removed. Verifying just replaces broken or missing files for the game I don't even think it as anything in it to uninstall a game. Id say make sure you're not just removing the deleting the local content when you are trying to verify because there both in the same menu

Thanks for the help guys! turns out my pc switched the steam in another local disk but now i found gmod and its working again!
