Honestly, your staff team on DarkRP is absolute shit and cringeworthy, instead of being nice and telling people what they did wrong, they smack a warning in your face and leave. Your staff is not mature, friendly or polite, honest garbage. This is honestly lazy and disrespectful against the players. I was in-character yelling at a guy and a 12 year old warned me for disrespect for being in-character? This is not a suggestion, but criticism. I don't like your staff members being flat out lazy, rude and immature, they don't even tell you what you did wrong!?
Update: I've been rdm'd multiple times and your staff members don't do anything about it.

I was on the server at the time and you said so much abuse in chat after the incident. All you had to do was get proof and make a staff report / warn appeal if you wanted something done not shout abuse through advert and ooc. All it did was get you another warning. I know I'm flat out borderline going against all your staff. but seriously, allowing 11 year olds as your staff, is honestly bad. But I would at least make the limit to be mature, friendly and nice instead of swapping a warning in your face. Is there no requirements to staff besides knowing rules? Bad honestly. 1.2 Disrespect - Users of the ZARP community server are to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

Doesn't matter whether you're in character or not. If you're found to be disrespectful, the staff have the right to do so.

Also, you're talking about 1 person, and you're generalising the whole other 20+ staff as immature, unfriendly and unpolite, honest garbage? Seriously. Your logic there is dumber than a bag of crap.

Not to be rude or anything, but you disgust me. To think that you know about the whole staff team of DarkRP is ridiculous. Being that you were possibly wronged by 1 staff member, and not by the others.

The staff team accepts staff members who the current staff believe they're perfect for the job. Stop complaining, make a report, don't be a douche.

Previously as others stated, if a staff member is seen being obnoxious or abusive, collect evidence and by using the template, post it on the forums.

Looks like I got you the wrong impression of me. I admit I was a little too fast to say that your entire staff team was garbage, but, I'm a little mad that two staff team members do this, not talk to people and just give flat out warnings. I know a lot of people that have been in your position before, you're going about this the wrong way.

I hate to see you're having a bad experience bud, but you can't expect to get anywhere slandering the staff team because of two people giving you a bad time. If you go to the Index of the forums and scroll down, there is a 'Report Abuse' section. We're always looking to catch abusive staff, but when it comes to situations like this we need your help to, we can't go off just what you're saying. As for the people RDMing you, press 'F1' in game and type in RDM, if nobody still responds add me on steam and I'll deal with it for you.I'm sure the staff are doing all they can do get through the F1s, if they aren't doing them contact me on steam. Note though, the F1 system is currently buggy and some F1s don't get through.

Hope this clears some things up for you.

age has nothing to do with staffing theres painters out there that are 8 to 10 years old that can make beautiful paintings better then older artists there are people out there like hackers who can do it better then older people so age has nothing to do with it and as a general rule the staff TEAM is good maybe there are some people within that warn to quickly without proper evidence but that can happen from time to time.
like people have said don't bash the whole team it might be one staff member and hopefully you can get together some evidence of this and make a report so the rest of the staff team can deal with this member.

im sure everyone would like you to enjoy your time on ZARP and SSRP and make your time here as amazing as the rest of ours but please don't post topics likes this bashing a while server staff team it's not nice and most of them are very helpful guys.

It's a different case when there's kids who moderate, the older you are the more mature, I'm not saying there are not nice and mature kids, but the majority of kids are not fit for being staff.
