TOPIC: Your staff team

Hello Shai, I understand how you are feeling man, I hope I could help you around this problem as I know it won't be fun for you at ZARP Gaming if you're having this problem. If you'd like to speak to me about it to either help you or give you my point of view on this matter, You can either add me on Steam or come to the Teamspeak Server (ts.zarpgaming.com) and either see myself or another member of staff who can sort out this problem with you buddy. As nobody in this community would like to see anyone who isn't having fun or enjoying themself in the community.

I always explain why I'm warning a person and what they did wrong so you have just accused me of something that is not true..
This goes for most of the staff aswell

What you also need to remember is the fact that this is Semi-Serious RP you cannot go ahead and say whatever you want

I Kinda agree with you. About every staff member tends to take the quick route.They aren't aware of verbal warn people when it was a misstanke. The only thing you can du about it is to post a report which rarley gets the staff member demoner.

warnings dont do anything anyways, unless you get warned everyday

We accept new mods on a weekly basis, some of these may be inexperienced but they're not bad, or "shit", or "cringworthy", they're just new. There is always a strain on staff at key times, perhaps me and many others could contribute more but we're only human and can RP too. There are in the region of 10,000 (or so i've heard,) F1s done per week by our staff team. We're doing a good job overall. If you do have complaints you can feel free to word it formally and create another post. IT may not get any staff reprimanded but we will take it on board.
