Its their community, they can promote whoever they see fit to the role, its not about how long youve been a staff member, but about how well you do it and the example you set; Keith has done a great job. You making this post clearly shows why you havent been chosen if thats what makes you wonder.

Also youve been gone for about 2 months, how about you keep it low until you know what you're talking about?

Does it really matter how he got Head Admin he got it because he was responsible and helping the community out a lot this is why I wanted to become staff so I could help this community out as hard as I could I've been with Zarp for year now and I have enjoyed playing the servers and hanging out with other Zarp members though what is so important about a rank..

When your staff you try your best to help out the community this isn't about ranks really it's about helping out the community making sure the servers are doing ok and well
