I think my shitternet saved me in this one, I thought it was ban evidence or something and before the page could load I was able to close it and run some malware scans. As long as you don't run the .scr file you're good.

Ok thanks, nothing popped up on screen about it, the only thing that it did was the address came up in the url bar. Also so does it have to be a conscious decision to run the thing or does it do it automatically?
