So I have been searching reviewing all that stuff and I am not building an EXTREME PC I am just building my forst gaming PC and I want some opinions?
All this for £750
Mm, that setup looks really good for a decently low price, after building my own first gaming PC i learned so much, and now that I see my PC in action, I can say with a good coinfidence that you won't need a better CPU cooler, assuming you won't do some serious over clocking. I have a 3,40 gHz i5 running at extremely low temps (30 degrees) even when playing games, and I'm using the box cooler. So you could save some if you buy a boxed cpu, not tray and leave that special cooler. Also this follows if your case cooling is well managed. Didn't look at the case yet, but if it's a moderately small one, make sure your GPU will fit in it with the motherboard (~1cm) from the backplate, so it won't collide with the case. Also the GPU power cord usually plugs into the top of the GPU, so you'll need like 2cm extra for that too. Are you building the PC on your own or let someone else do it?
EDIT: Checked the case, shouldn't be a problem fitting the parts in it
