The kind of things we're doing now and the announcements that are going to be made this week are things that I really wanted to do before, but having to focus on issues with other Community Team members who have since been demoted and issues within the community with members who have since been Community Banned took out loads of time that could've gone into focusing on SSRP related things. I don't think it's really something that could've been changed even if done differently, since it was just a lack of people who were potential candidates for Community Manager.

Although I don't necessarily have any regrets, I definitely would've liked to have put more time into certain things which were added to the server and spent more time balancing them properly as I do now with spreadsheets, though some of those things I made prior to getting Community Owner so didn't have the right exact values to do this properly and lacked a lot of the experience.
