Can you write me a 16 paragraph reply on why I can't gain weight and how I could go about gaining more weight.
Thanks in advance
Hello Joshua,
I do not have time to write you 16 paragraphs, but I can help fix your incorrect belief about not being able to gain weight. Also, don't worry. I will write it so that people with below-average IQ can understand:
Gaining weight is quite simple! If you eat in a caloric surplus (more calories than you need to survive without gaining or losing weight) you can gain weight. For example: If bob has a maintenance calorie requirement of 2000 per day, eating more than 2000 will make him gain weight over time (ceteris paribus). If you still do not understand, it is the law of thermodynamics that you will store excess energy (gained from eating a calorie surplus) and thus gain weight. To simplify things MORE for you, it means that if you eat MORE, you will gain weight!!!
Some high caloric foods which are easy to add to your diet are:
just drink milk, eat nuts (peanut butter has a lot of calories and is easy to spread on bread and eat quickly), eat more frequently, eat bigger portions, inhale butter, go suck a dick skinny bitch, photosynthesize
