I agree, it really is unprofessional. LuciouS is always online on Steam, he may not respond to his messages ASAP but it never takes more than 2 hours. Also there is TS and Discord which he could have used to contact him, LuciouS has been online on TS constantly for the last week or two... We are having a discussion about between-staff communication and not about your issues. I have "done" nothing to you except banned you for RDMing AFK miners because you "weren't in the best mood". There is a template you can follow if you feel that you have been mistreated.
