99% of people that came away looking at that thread thought they were entering a 9 billion dollar giveaway, he clearly tricked people and attempted to do so, but ended up fucking himself over by his own wording. Oh so because people chose not to think it through, he is automatically scamming people? If i remember correctly, Chromaa did a giveaway a while ago, and never ended up giving all of that away so why isn't he perma banned for scamming until he gives it all away?
