The problem isn't he hurt anybody. The problem is that an SA usued his position as such to encourage other player and staff to activly brake the rules. Imagine if a user did the same things as he did and how people would react. Just a Joke and No one was effected aren't reasonable excuses as to why a SA should mass RDM and convince other staff to do so.
