Go for a jog at a park, sitting down in a constant position isn't the greatest thing to do so getting active is one of the best things to do. And something I did to relieve the pain / stiffness, cracked my back and neck. Do NOT do this, it further worsens the case, you should get to a doctor when you can and if they believe it's critical, they can appoint you to physical therapy.
For arthiritis I wouldn't recommend a high impact movement such as jogging or walking, swimming would be much better better or simply holding on to something higher then you and hanging taking the strain of your back and neck can really help
