Stop posting on the forums and appeal your bullshit demotion already

Demote was not needed specially when we have treated many many others staff members the same when they have done worse.

i didn't like oxy at first but he good guy

Atleast now he doesn't have to apply every week for SA

And even then, a demotion without official is relatively harsh. There have even been staff members that hacked on the servers and only got an official warning and nothing more. Even if you believe this demotion is justified, then that should apply to all punishments handed out by lead team members for similar acts, however that is not the case.

Demotion before warning? lmao

From what I heard on TS today the reason you were demoted was something that happened that wasn’t even on a ZARP service, which shouldn’t be taken into account anyway. Plus you did not receive an official warning, just a straight demotion, extremely harsh.
Just appeal it buddy

The people that voted for his demotion in that meeting should really reconsider their views on the staff members within this community. If you treat the people that voluntarily dedicate a relatively big part of their lives to this community like absolute shit, then you will get shit in return. It is already bad if you do that to the users who will simply stop playing, but if you treat staff members like crap because of some mistakes then you will very quickly find that you're running out of staff members altogether.

It also shows how much respect you actually have for the staff team. If you truly want them demoted so easily, then it shows you do not care about their efforts within the community whatsoever. It is a truly disrespectful way of treating the people that do their best to help out.
