The reason he was demoted was for abusing his powers within SSRP and the reason they demoted him to mod more than likely was due to the powers being abused which were for admins.

The people that voted for his demotion in that meeting should really reconsider their views on the staff members within this community. If you treat the people that voluntarily dedicate a relatively big part of their lives to this community like absolute shit, then you will get shit in return. It is already bad if you do that to the users who will simply stop playing, but if you treat staff members like crap because of some mistakes then you will very quickly find that you're running out of staff members altogether.

It also shows how much respect you actually have for the staff team. If you truly want them demoted so easily, then it shows you do not care about their efforts within the community whatsoever. It is a truly disrespectful way of treating the people that do their best to help out.

Yeah somes times I abuse twice, lie and forged proof that I'm not lying mistakenly all the time

At first the demotion seemed very odd. However after I got told the full story it completely made sense. Although it's very harsh Oxy's actions after he forged the evidence next day lead to this. I'm not going into any more detail ask Oxy if you wish to know. But I think Oxy should get another chance as he still stayed loyal and dedicated towards the server even after he got demoted! Taken massively out of context without Oxy's side of the scenario. He was not himself during the first time he abused. I actually only recently heard about the second abuse and am still trying to find out what exactly it is that happened there, but it doesn't change the fact that an official warning should have been given. The moment when you use this "no bullshit" mentality against staff, you'll find that this will only get worse and worse. Now it's Oxy abusing his powers once or twice (the first case was relatively minor without any major effect on players) but also EiPUS harassing users on the server. Should he be instantly demoted to admin for that as well? Because trust me when I say that some Lead Team members felt so.

The moment when you treat your staff team like they're shit then you'll see that the staff team quite literally goes to shit. It's why cases such as these are ridiculous, disrespectful and harmful towards the server.

Tbh I’d like to see punishment handed down on the person who pushed this to go through because it’s clearly against policy. It’d be one thing if they demoted oxy and eipus, but neither have had an official and oxy was demoted and eipus got an official.
