You can call him an idiot as much as you want, that won't stop people from agreeing with him, and a good chunk of the playerbase fully agrees with him, including myself.

Although I agree that the Community Team could be better with communicating why exactly they make the decisions that they make (and the lack of communication makes it so people assume these things in the first place) but I do believe that there are better ways to communicate your complaints than using insults and implying that the servers dying would be a good thing.

Im not implying anything there. It's a fact.
Maybe TTT is not affected as much but ssrp is certainly dying at a rapid rate. Back several months ago there was around 90-100 players on peak activity even during the week with almost full server during the week-end. Then in christmass this lowered to 90-100 during week-ends of the first week of the update. And now it's been decreasing to be around barely 30-40 players during the week and struggling to get 60 players on week-ends.

There's a reason why so many of the old players leave.
And as for not appearing insulting, well first off I didn't insult any of them in the post quoted.
I tryied to make constructives posts before on the forum about what I thought was wrong or could be improved but that didn't yield any sort of considerations or even a reply from anyone able to do shit. It seem that whoever's in charge only replies when they feel like their " dignity " ( lol ) is in question. As seen by EMP's reply to my post.

Raeker I love you but Jool's post was barely disrespectful, maybe a tad bit hostile but that's understandable seeing how frustrating the lack of communication has been for the past year, as for the implication he merely mentioned that none of the changes matter any more because the servers are dying any way, didn't imply that it was a good thing at all.

Sorry, I meant to use "hostility" and not "insults". The reason why I felt like Jool implied that the server dying is a good thing is because he literally ends with "Oh but whatever, the server is dying anyways" as if he doesn't exactly care much about the criticisms he gives and instead just wants to talk shit. After all, "the server is dying anyways."

Then again, an owner responding with just as much hostility doesn't exactly calm things down - if anything it only strengthens the idea of "the CM team doesn't care about us."

I said "Implying that the server dying is a good thing." I never said that SSRP isn't dead, because it most definitely is, I simply meant that you are implying that the steady decline of SSRP players is in fact a good thing to happen to this community.

I don’t value what fearmongers and people who have no idea what they are talking about have to say. If you want me to value what you have to say you don’t start it out with absolute bullshit that just makes it seem like your completely incompetent. I mean just read his first paragraph, thats the only thing I was referring to (I should have quoted better my bad). When I see total and utter bs like that, it instantly tells me there is no point in valuing anything that individual has to say if they can’t figure out how to take their biased out of the equation.

I’ve also made several replies regarding the hacking policy on various threads explaining and justifing our reasoning. Just search my name with the word hacking in it.

This is how I feel about this whole fiasco, l don’t believe my argument is at all biased, it could be taken that way but I honesty do not think it is.

I completely, one million percent agree with this rule change for the reason they inteded to have it “upgraded” and I would like to think and I am sure it’s because of;

Targeted Racism, Harassment and Discrimination.

My only complaint with this is that it seems the rather “ban/warn/punishment hungry” staff members have taken this as an opportunity to go and to deal with those users (such as myself), who use words such as “you gay boi” or “my n***a” or even “kill yourself” in groups of friends or again private messages as I mentioned earlier, but for some reason the admins take it upon themselves to be offended on the other persons behalf when the other player has said “i’m fine with him saying it, it’s a joke between us two”.

I’ve had this issue in the past with certain admins who’s names I will not mention as I do not want to start arguments or drama.

All I want is a response from someone who actually knows who what they’re saying and talking about and don’t think something as silly as “Mass Genocide Needed” is racist *cough* TTT Admins *cough* when no races or specific groups of people are targeted.

I saw what Jim_Jam said and again, I completely agree with what you’re saying, and I would agree that it should be classed as breaking rules if for example: on SSRP in OOC you try and say something like in the second paragraph, BUT NOT WHEN IT’S A PRIVATE CONVERSATION!

Why are people upset they can’t say racist shit? I’m confused AF. If I wanted to say shit that wasn’t allowyou d on Zarp I would take my ass to something I own and say it.

People have been saying the servers dying for over a year now and yet it’s still here so I would say if you feel that way you call it a day and just leave. Why keep going on about something you think is dead? You think by poking holes in it that you will some how revive it? The better options n would be to take it in stride and play by the rules and become staff and deal with the issues yourself.
