Ladies and Gentleman, I'm proud to announce the co-run campaign between CaptinF1rework and Max. Both of these members have years of experience behind their belt and they know how to get the job done. Both of these candidates have years of experience owning ZARP Servers such as ZARP TTT & BHOP. Aside from Owner Experience, both of them also have years of lead team experience under their belt as Head Administrators on ZARP Semi-Serious Roleplay and BHOP.

What is the core of their campaign? "Realistic Goals". Far too often with candidates they'll promise but don't hold up their promises and fall short. Captin and Max have a proven track record with regular updates, announcements, and bug fixes across their years at ZARP.

The Ranks

Captin

Captin has a proven track record here at ZARP. Owner on two servers and years of experience on them including SSRP Head Administrator and TS3 Head Administrator. Captin has a great understanding of the in's and out's of the staff ethos and policies and will ensure he protects staff but most importantly you and the Community.

Max

Max's past in the Community is filled with years of long lasting dedication and loyalty for the staff and community. Max was previously a Head Administrator on multiple servers, and now currently holds the rank right under Community Manager, Community Developer! Community Developer is already well integrated within the Community Team as he can come for a portion of the Community Team Meeting and has a healthy relationship with all Community Team Members. Similar to Captin, Max has a great understanding of the entirety of the policies and ethos and will ensure a healthy atmosphere in which Staff, you, and The Community are all protected.

Goals

Far too often the goals listed from candidates are half truth's, and they fall short of reaching their goals. With Captin & Max's Campaign, you can expect realistic and reachable goals that will benefit YOU & The Community.

The Campaigns' Goals:

Create more transparency between the community team and lead team to the rest of the community.

Look at suggested features for all servers and give them all a fair review to see what we can add.

Review the current servers and see if there is room for a new server the community will enjoy just as much as the flagship servers.

Improve VIP features across the pointshop servers.

Listen to what is being said by the community and make every voice heard in the community team meeting.

Create an unforgettable experience for as many people as possible by providing a great service and great opportunities to as many people as possible.

Minimize errors on the server and most importantly SSRP. Our goal is that in 2018 there will be minimal down time to hopefully be next to none. We will do this along with the rest of team reviewing current process and features in place and seeing how they can be improved and come up with new systems for areas that may have been overlooked.
