How do you even obtain cigarettes? You're at an illegal age to have procession of them and you cant buy them. I presume you get or steal them from a family member. Also smoking is bad as it affects your health and you can have severe health issues such as lung cancer. The risk is higher at a younger age. well card lives in belgium (not giving away personal information because ts) and it's actually not illegal to smoke sigarettes here.

People buy cigarettes for minors all the time here, Its probably the same elsewhere.

There is this store next to the park and they sell everything that owner of the shop is new to our country she barely speaks any dutch.And the cops in belguim never say something to a 13 year old smoling xD
Oh and about my sporting career i have a dissease on both my foot wich make me unable to run fast without my feet hurting really bad or even to walk long periods of time so no city trips for me

And im planning on quiting so..

And like seppe said its not illegal to smoke them but it is to buy them
