You should have just manned up and admitted to what you had done, maybe not lied to Morgan twice about it. It probably wouldn't have resulted in your SSRP demotion, personally I feel like you don't deserve any staff rank at all especially after lying to a lead team member about what you did. But I guess that will be up to the DR leadteam. I really really hope you have learned your lesson, because if something like this happens again a demotions would be the least of your worries.

I lied to Morgan because I was scared (My personality is like that,I want to tell the truth,but at the same time lie)
I realized how bad the situation was,So I admitted it,But then shit got worse.
I deserve to be banned imo...

Two things. 1) what did pingu do as I weren't around ablut the time he got banned I had taken a break (I had some personal issues and they had to be sorted so I had to stop with games for a bit same reason for why I just had an 8 month break but I am back now and hopefully for good) and 2) what is a cm ban? Racist,Homophobic , Trolling , Mass rule breaking ,And more stuff A CM Ban is when a player does something really bad that he gets perma banned from all zarp servers and services. Unbanning a CM banned player will result in a demotion,even in a ban if it's really bad. And I deserve to be banned. I'm sure that has a lot to do with you lying to the leadteam, staffing is all about trust and if you are going to lie to our faces we have no way to trust you and you shouldn't be on the staff team. I've said this before and I'm sure I'll say it again, but trust is something that comes hard but is very very easy for you to throw away.
