It seems like people are getting accepted way too easily, or perhaps, people get demoted easier. Like if they slip up slightly a couple of times it could happen.
Remember, people 16 and under will be the most active too. Since people 16+ might be in college, university or even have a full time/ part time job. All of which hit hard on your free time.
So, would you rather have staff who are rarely on, but do a good job, or staff who are always on, who do a decent job.
I know what I would pick.
I'm not hating, just putting my opinion out there.
The part of your opinion that states that all under 16 y/os will do a "decent" job at best is objectively wrong.
