Before anybody says "use the template". This is just me asking for people's opinions first.

While playing ZARP SSRP, I noticed that many of the staff were very immature. After thinking about it for some time I noticed a pattern. Most of those who I considered to be immature were quite young.

I want to know what everybody would think of some sort of age requirement to become mod or administrator. As somebody who is 15, I would not trust most people my age or younger to have any real power or responsibilitys on a popular server. Maybe a requirement of 16 or 18 to keep the mods and admins more mature.

I do not want everybody below the requirement to be demoted because I like most of them. But my idea would be about new applicants.
