Story - What happened?
I was coinflipping and lost quite a bit of cash so I thought well I wanna get some more money.
so I went asking around to see if I could buy cash of anyone, I found out Starman was selling so I thought ok ill buy it.
So it was new years eve and I was getting quite drunk when I went to go play some Zarp,
I was coinflipping and lost all the money I bought so I thought ''fuck it ill refund the money I bought and lost then I refunded as I thought Starman wasn't gonna report me but he did so I got caught. I later cancelled the refund. I cancelled the refund before i even knew i got banned.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
I don't have any proof. but I don't think it's needed in this case.
Extra information - Anything you think may be relevant to your ban.
I want to apologize for my actions at the time, as I said I was drunk I know its not a good excuse but sorry.
I want to apologize to Starman for making a refund on PayPal.
And as its been 7 months plus idfk, I hope that I can be unbanned.
I will never do it again, and I wish to play again.
I got unbanned my Richard xnator didn't reban Idk why i waited my month got unbanned played 3 days got banned here i am.
I will do my best like I have done that past week to not be toxic anymore. btw xD just wanted to say sorry to clarky if he found me annoying
just wanted to have some fun didnt mean to be annoying.
I would really like if the person handles talkes to chute and clarky if possible because i think that is the way to get the most fair outcome with having to Comunnity Owners but if that is not possible i will not be mad.
i have tried showing that i want to be unbanned by playing both ph and ttt

Then when you get unbanned you start to break rules and continue being annoying, you can't even follow forum and discord rules, even on TTT you've been punished on there too. on discord i got banned for talking alot
i cant see a rule thats says i can be banned for talking alot

2 - No playing music unless permitted by those in your channel.
3 - Do not harass users.
4 - Recording: You cannot record users of this Discord server under any circumstance without their permission.
5 - Do not disturb anyone in a meeting room. You face a 1 day ban for causing disruption.
6 - Don't attempt to join private channels without permission, or meeting rooms.
7 - (INCLUDING ADMINS) Do not create private rooms. We don't have this facility at this time.
8 - No racism, discrimination, etc.
9 - Don't follow people around channels, even if it's a public channel. If they move, you don't follow them unless they want you to.
10 - Don't impersonate staff. This includes having the same name as a staff member or pretending that you are a staff when you are not.
11 - No Voice Changers / Soundboards / Excluding the Alienware SoundBlaster Pro Voice Changers

Under ZARP's Discord rules, it states this:
"Use of this Discord server constitutes your acceptance to the ZARP Terms of Use (zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/terms)"

You are annoying others with pointlessly posting junk that no one is interested in seeing, you cannot excuse your own actions when you've been banned numerous times for this.
