and as i said before im sorry for being annoying

Under ZARP's Discord rules, it states this:
"Use of this Discord server constitutes your acceptance to the ZARP Terms of Use (zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/terms)"

You are annoying others with pointlessly posting junk that no one is interested in seeing, you cannot excuse your own actions when you've been banned numerous times for this.

I was coinflipping and lost quite a bit of cash so I thought well I wanna get some more money.
so I went asking around to see if I could buy cash of anyone, I found out Starman was selling so I thought ok ill buy it.
So it was new years eve and I was getting quite drunk when I went to go play some Zarp,
I was coinflipping and lost all the money I bought so I thought ''fuck it ill refund the money I bought and lost then I refunded as I thought Starman wasn't gonna report me but he did so I got caught. I later cancelled the refund. I cancelled the refund before i even knew i got banned.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
I don't have any proof. but I don't think it's needed in this case.
Extra information - Anything you think may be relevant to your ban.
I want to apologize for my actions at the time, as I said I was drunk I know its not a good excuse but sorry.
I want to apologize to Starman for making a refund on PayPal.
And as its been 7 months plus idfk, I hope that I can be unbanned.
I will never do it again, and I wish to play again.
I got unbanned my Richard xnator didn't reban Idk why i waited my month got unbanned played 3 days got banned here i am.
I will do my best like I have done that past week to not be toxic anymore. btw xD just wanted to say sorry to clarky if he found me annoying

I would really like if the person handles talkes to chute and clarky if possible because i think that is the way to get the most fair outcome with having to Comunnity Owners but if that is not possible i will not be mad.

Im confused how your trying to be serious in your appael then you add trolly comments such "lets add this person because why the fuck not"

If you want to make it akward for this to be handled we might as well just stop here and deny this. Stating that you only "want chute" to handle this is stupid. Chute is a busy person has alot more to deal with than your appeal.

You still do tend to break TOU on different ZARP services as Clarky already pointed out - I'd recommend displaying a drastic change in your attitude and behaviour before we consider giving you another shot...
