STEAM-ID - STEAM_0:1:56325743 Staff Members Name - SilentGamer Warning Reason - NLR Server - SSRP Server 1 Story/Situation - I was building a base in the suburbs and these guys raided it and killed me besides there being 3 building signs and i went back to continue building silentgamer then sees me and says "hey what are you doing, your breaking nlr" and instantly warns me that second i didnt even have enought time to type im building. i think at the very least he should let the person speak and explain themselves. If i dont get this warning removed id at the least like someone to explain to silent that he needs to talk t the person before rudley barging in and warning them. Extra Information - |

You broke NLR. Yes, players broke rules to hurt you but that does not mean you should go and ignore them yourself. I'll speak to Silent regarding this appeal and post a verdict within the next 24 hours.

Although you did break a rule you're fully correct that Silent should not have straight up punished you. Users are always supposed to be taken into a sit if they're on the server - if what you say is true then Silent carried out his duties wrongly.
Although the warning is technically valid, I would still accept this as the staff member screwed up. If your story checks out, obviously - if Silent doesn't confirm your story I don't think you'll get far, as you have no proof. |

Talked to Silent and we agreed that while you did break NLR, it really wasn't worth warning for. We've agreed it is much better to remind people not to break NLR then phys them away. Your punishment will be removed. Thank you!
