Punishment Reason - Not attending LTM meetings

Server - Surf

Story/Situation:

I have been given an official warning today due to the fact that I don't attend the LTM meetings. Now for a start this is not 100% true. I can admit I haven't turned up to all of them but That's not really helped by the fact that the time of the start of the meeting is when I finish my shift, Now I finish at 9 pm and get home around 9:30 pm but by that time the meetings are normally over as surf never really has a lot to do in LTM meetings due to the size of the server. I do however try my best to get in asap when i get home and have turned up to every LTM for the past 3 weeks in a row and that is because I haven't had work on friend. But today I did and I get an official for this.

I Disagree with this action from the lead team and believe that it is unfair to say I should get an official. If anything I was never spoken to about turning up to any of them so I never got to explain why I can't turn up to all the meetings. If someone would have spoken to me before hand and said whats going on maybe this could have been presented as the issue.

I would be very happy to get in contact on who bought this up If you would come forward and explain your side so I can help understand why this has happened, But you're more than welcome to keep yourself hidden if you want. It should have been known for a while now but obviously not.

Recently it seems the Lead Team across most the servers have been ignoring the fact that some LT members have been unable to attend meetings after also being told that those said LT members have been unable to attend meetings for valid reasons.

Seems like we have forgetful people running the servers

Recently Lead Teams hacen't been talking to people enough to let them know what is going on or what needs sorting out. In my opinion this is not an Official that was needed.
