Punishment Reason - Not attending LTM meetings

Story/Situation:

I have been given an official warning today due to the fact that I don't attend the LTM meetings. Now for a start this is not 100% true. I can admit I haven't turned up to all of them but That's not really helped by the fact that the time of the start of the meeting is when I finish my shift, Now I finish at 9 pm and get home around 9:30 pm but by that time the meetings are normally over as surf never really has a lot to do in LTM meetings due to the size of the server. I do however try my best to get in asap when i get home and have turned up to every LTM for the past 3 weeks in a row and that is because I haven't had work on friend. But today I did and I get an official for this.

I Disagree with this action from the lead team and believe that it is unfair to say I should get an official. If anything I was never spoken to about turning up to any of them so I never got to explain why I can't turn up to all the meetings. If someone would have spoken to me before hand and said whats going on maybe this could have been presented as the issue.

I would be very happy to get in contact on who bought this up If you would come forward and explain your side so I can help understand why this has happened, But you're more than welcome to keep yourself hidden if you want.
