TOPIC: [TTT] Unfairly Slain

Story/Situation - What happened?

i was lucky and got detective one round. where i placed down a HS and told everyone to stay away from it in the chat and not to use it without my permission. then allot of people used it so i killed a guy called Teeny.
Later i did get allot of reports but none of them i got punished for. since i warned in chat.
but teeny decided to report me after the game with !report without any logs where he claims i was innocent and killed him with a crowbar. which i didnt do. keep in mind that this is a few rounds later. i thought it must have been an old report that he didnt fill out so i said the HS excuse that he used it. but i didnt see any logs to find it out.

So, Kewlkd gets the report and takes us in a chat, where he instantly sides with Teeny and is being very immature about the situation and not showing logs of the killing. because he knows i did nothing wrong. i need an admin to check the logs and also i want someone to speak to Kewlkd. he is not very experienced on the server and clearly he is in the wrong here.
also after this the Teeny guy decides to revenge RDM me and im sure he didnt get no warning from Kewl about it

im really stressed about this since i am currently trying to apply for mod and this incident might just break everything i tried. and the fact that the mod is immature and he is 14 shows that he is judging situations in a wrong way

I greatly appreciated the chat we had on Teamspeak. I already told you the outcome there, but I'll specify it once again here.

After having spoken with you and Kewlkd and looking at all the evidence provided, including the video sent to me by you, I decided to deny the appeal. As I already explained, the old logs broke, meaning that I couldn't check whether or not you did in fact RDM. However as you have no log proof of your own and Kewlkd was 100% assured that you did in fact RDM, I'll trust his judgement.

However I did look at the video you sent me and I agreed with you that Kewlkd did not handle the chat as well as he could have. I have explained this to him and he understood what he did wrong. I'm certain he will take that feedback into account. As you said yourself, he's relatively new and will not immediately know how to handle chats properly.

Either way the warning is staying, though I did remove some other unfair punishments that have been given to you.

Thank you for taking your time with this report it means allot. sorry if i was a bit childish during this time, i just didnt want to have another recent punishment since its a big deal at the time that im applying for moderator. But either way i trust your decision, thank you for taking your time to do this for me.
