I greatly appreciated the chat we had on Teamspeak. I already told you the outcome there, but I'll specify it once again here.

After having spoken with you and Kewlkd and looking at all the evidence provided, including the video sent to me by you, I decided to deny the appeal. As I already explained, the old logs broke, meaning that I couldn't check whether or not you did in fact RDM. However as you have no log proof of your own and Kewlkd was 100% assured that you did in fact RDM, I'll trust his judgement.

However I did look at the video you sent me and I agreed with you that Kewlkd did not handle the chat as well as he could have. I have explained this to him and he understood what he did wrong. I'm certain he will take that feedback into account. As you said yourself, he's relatively new and will not immediately know how to handle chats properly.

Either way the warning is staying, though I did remove some other unfair punishments that have been given to you.
