TOPIC: False ban for false reason

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Racism, even though I was not being racist.

Story - What happend? So... I was going around and calling people the "N' word, though not in racist context. I actually meant the word as a friendly joke, knowing that I am not addressing the word to any black person. If I were to say that several times to black people, I would've gladly taken the ban. But this is not the case. In this scenario, the word is not offending anyone. Not me, not the person who I was addressing the words to. Besides, to all the people that I said those words to.... they played along. They showed no offense. They seemed to be completely fine to all of this. None of the people got pissed off and reported me. Many people have actually said the word back. I didn't see them get in trouble.

Overall, I was not offending anyone. I was not publicly sharing the words [In OOC or advert] just in-case there would be some black people online. That would've been some trouble for me. The ban is fully false and the staff members refused to search up scenarios of racism. What I was doing, was not racist at all. As long as I am not offending anyone, you don't take action. I didn't say the words to a staff member so they have no right to say that they were offended. As long as there is no report, there is no punishing.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?: I can't be asked to take screenshots and upload them. Just check my bans...
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.: I was banned for the same reason before but I couldn't have been bothered to appeal. This is the second time I am getting falsely banned and I am not going to tolerate that anymore.

Take a rational and logical approach to this report, then consider typing a reply if you have anything against me. Consider an immature reply completely ignored. [a reply that avoids all logic and points within the report, a reply that has very bad grammar and just shows no effort to be put into it]

Not only that but saying any racial slurs or anti-semitic phrases is against our policy. I choose to ban you as i looked at your rap sheet and you have just got back from a ban from for being racist and you have also have had multiple recent warnings of being disrespectful and racist.

Do me a big favor and mention me the person that has said they were offended.
I for a fact know that every person who I said those phrases to, had nothing against me and as I mentioned multiple times... they all responded back in a friendly manner, none of them showing any sort of offense.

Also the part about me just coming back from a ban is not true... I got banned a long time ago. I even completely forgot about the server for a while so I decided to come online and have a bit of fun.
Also, the "N" word is not offensive or disrespectful if used in the right context. All over the world, probably even some staff members on this server greet each other as a joke with the "N" word.
So don't tell me it's against the rules, because then it would be more than ironic. It would be against the rules if I were to say "All "n" word [plural] are stupid" for example , in this context, the "N" word does present offense and disrespect. But this was not the case scenario, thankfully for me.

The point is, and I won't say it again, I was not using the word in a racist context. No one was offended and I know that for a fact. If someone heard me yell out the word and claimed to be offended.... they don't know what they're talking about. If it isn't obvious enough, the phrase was not addressed to the player that claims to have been offended.
I'm not asking to get you trouble, I'm asking to get me out of trouble that I certainly do not deserve.
Banning the "N" word completely is stupid. Meaning that black people are not allowed to express themselves as they are used to if they very frequently use that word. Ban the word ONLY if it is presented in a racist context.

Preferably do not reply with "oh you're wrong with this and that! You're lying" etc. Just give me the straight forward verdict.
That being wether the appeal is considered or denied. Before denying me, if you are planning to, think about it twice. I am not in the wrong.
If the appeal does get accepted I wish for Fred to only be given a VERBAL warning. Not a strike or demotion.

Oh my god, these people are the worst; the people that think the N word is not racist.

After speaking to Fred Wroolie about this ban, I will be Denying it. It clearly states in the rules that discrimination of any sort is not allowed on the server(s). This means by going around saying this it is breaking the rules whether you are talking to "friends" or not. You could easily talk with them privately rather than saying it out loud in game. You also recently came off a ban for Racism and being rude, this tells me that you clearly were told before that it was wrong and you continued to say these things. Please make sure to re-read the rules here. So this doesn't happen again when the ban expires.
