Do me a big favor and mention me the person that has said they were offended.
I for a fact know that every person who I said those phrases to, had nothing against me and as I mentioned multiple times... they all responded back in a friendly manner, none of them showing any sort of offense.

Also the part about me just coming back from a ban is not true... I got banned a long time ago. I even completely forgot about the server for a while so I decided to come online and have a bit of fun.
Also, the "N" word is not offensive or disrespectful if used in the right context. All over the world, probably even some staff members on this server greet each other as a joke with the "N" word.
So don't tell me it's against the rules, because then it would be more than ironic. It would be against the rules if I were to say "All "n" word [plural] are stupid" for example , in this context, the "N" word does present offense and disrespect. But this was not the case scenario, thankfully for me.

The point is, and I won't say it again, I was not using the word in a racist context. No one was offended and I know that for a fact. If someone heard me yell out the word and claimed to be offended.... they don't know what they're talking about. If it isn't obvious enough, the phrase was not addressed to the player that claims to have been offended.
I'm not asking to get you trouble, I'm asking to get me out of trouble that I certainly do not deserve.
Banning the "N" word completely is stupid. Meaning that black people are not allowed to express themselves as they are used to if they very frequently use that word. Ban the word ONLY if it is presented in a racist context.

Preferably do not reply with "oh you're wrong with this and that! You're lying" etc. Just give me the straight forward verdict.
That being wether the appeal is considered or denied. Before denying me, if you are planning to, think about it twice. I am not in the wrong.
If the appeal does get accepted I wish for Fred to only be given a VERBAL warning. Not a strike or demotion.
